We can help you lower your risk of injury and improve performance.
We will screen you from top to bottom including:
Resting posture, foot type, footwear
Asymmetries or restrictions in range of motion
Asymmetries in muscle strength and flexibility.
We will record and analyze video of you running on the treadmill.
You will warm-up until you get to your normal pace.
We will capture video footage at this pace from behind and the side.
Once warmed down we will explain how the physical findings tie into the video findings.
