We can help you lower your risk of injury and improve performance.

We will screen you from top to bottom including:

  • Resting posture, foot type, footwear

  • Asymmetries or restrictions in range of motion

  • Asymmetries in muscle strength and flexibility.

We will record and analyze video of you running on the treadmill.

  • You will warm-up until you get to your normal pace.

  • We will capture video footage at this pace from behind and the side.

  • Once warmed down we will explain how the physical findings tie into the video findings.

Depending on findings we may make recommendations on:

  • Technique

  • Exercises

  • Follow-up options
