Exercises for Hip Extension – 1
A stretch?
Well, I kind of lied in the last post. I said we would be looking at exercises for the major muscle that extends the hip, the gluteus maximus! However, before I do that ,there is one other exercise I should show you: Hip flexor stretching. I think this is important as people, particularly desk jockeys, have tight hip flexors. It is also important as I often see people make compensations in their stretching where they are not rally having much of an effect on the hip flexor. Watch the video to see how you should and shouldn’t stretch a hip flexor.
I promise, next post will be our first glut maximus video!
